Located in the peaceful and picturesque North Norfolk village of Thornham, this well-presented bungalow provides a small family or couples the perfect holiday home by the sea.

This property is within walking distance of the Norfolk Coast Path, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and a choice of wonderful pubs, restaurants, a deli, and a farm shop. You are also well placed for exploring the local area; within 7 miles is Burnham Market, the beaches of Brancaster, Old Hunstanton, and Hunstanton, which offers a fun-filled family day out with its amusements, fun fair and Sea Life sanctuary. Within 1 mile east is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh, which features a sandy beach with views across the Wash. This is an ideal area throughout the year for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists, photographers, artists, golfers and sightseers.

Enter via the front door which leads you into the hallway, where after a day out on the coastal path you can take off your walking boots before heading inside to explore your holiday home. The lounge, to the right, is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with one easy chair and a large sofa surrounding the Smart TV and wood burner. Heading back into the hallway and to the right leads you to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a hearty meal with its electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. There is a washer/dryer and freezer in the utility room, off from kitchen. Once dinner is ready, serve up at the dining table, which can seat everyone. There are two bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items. The master bedroom is a king-size, while the second bedroom is a double room. Both share the bathroom with rain shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside to the rear of the property via the utility room, you’ll find a splendid garden area which overlooks fields and is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy a drink or two, and enjoy some al fresco dining on the garden furniture while listening to the birds sing and watching the sun go down. There is private off-road parking to the front of the property for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
