Situated in a lovely holiday village with a shared games room, this delightful barn conversion offers comfy accommodation and is a fantastic base for enjoying the beautiful east coast of Norfolk.

Lying just outside Mundesley are four conversions offering high spec accommodation within an managed holiday environment. Each of the properties - Kestrel, Seal, Oyster and Windmill share two sides of the unenclosed garden area and allow you to experience the comfort of recently renovated barns whilst benefitting from the convenience of the holiday village.

 

It's situated in spectacular North Norfolk, near to the excellent beaches and quaint villages that make this region such a popular holiday destination. If peace and tranquillity are what you seek from your holiday, then this is the ideal place for you. Paddle in the sea and unwind on Mundesley beach or relax with a game at the local golf course.

 

Cromer is 9 miles up the coast, head here for the fantastic end-of-pier show and delectable Cromer crab. Explore the house and gardens of Felbrigg Estate (9 miles) or travel 7 miles down the coast to visit the Happisburgh Lighthouse. The Museum of the Broads is 14 miles away and from here you can venture into the stunning wetlands.

The 8 properties on site share a communal games room, beauticians and gym facilities, which are currently closed to guests due to social distancing rules.

The cottage is comfortable and well furnished. My only issue was the tired mattress. The location is great with the coastal path on the doorstep and access to the beach nearby. Great value for money.

Windmill is one of 4 barn conversion cottages in this quite location on the edge of Mudesley Holiday Village our 3rd year here , very comfortable and nicely set out around is own garden space. 15min walk on the cliffs to Mudesley centre, pub, and blue flag beach. Looking forward to next year.

The cottage is very clean and comfortable with lovely views of the countryside. It is right next to the cliffs and a short walk to the beach.

Nice cosy cottage. Value for money. Short walk to the village and beach down the cliff path. Great location for exploring the Norfolk Coast and Broads. BBQs not allowed on the site which was disappointing. Bring camping chairs to sit in the garden as only one picnic table between 4 cottages. Site itself quiet as privately owned accommodation.

This is a lovely cottage In an idyllic holiday park setting, next to an unparalleled beach with a beautiful cliff walk, especially so at sunset. A true get away from it all. Some items need updating as a general maintenance note (kettle, toaster, fridge, TV) but once done itll be truly fantastic! 4 stars due to this otherwise wouldve been 5. The viRead morellage has pubs, takeaways & cafes all open (7th Aug) & other shops open too. Sadly gift shop has now closed. An amazing place to escape from it all. Hide

Located on the outskirts of Mundesley, a 15 minute pleasant cliff top stroll into the village. The cottage has good facilities for holiday accommodation and is surrounded by countryside on two sides. There is no shop or pub on the site so bear in mind that you will need to use your car.

Lovely location, 15 minutes stroll to beach along cliff top. Beach lovely and sandy ideal for young children and adults. Cottage well equipped and comfortable for four adults.

The cottage which is part of the holiday village was situated in quiet area of Mundesley village, plenty of eating places and places to relax. Hope to revisit next year.

Very nice cottage on the edge of a holiday park. Quiet in September but I expect would be very busy in high season. Short walk to cliff top path slightly longer to get to the beach. Lovely country side around and lots of places to visit.

Although the cottage is situated in the holiday village it is very quiet and peaceful, a lovely walk along the cliff top to get to the beach which takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Ideal location for familys to explore the local areas and enjoy both countryside and beaches.

The cottage was in a great location Mundersley is a lovely unspoilt seaside village and the beach is beautiful with easy access from the cottage. The cottage is on a nice holiday park but private . The cottage has basic equipment and was clean and comfortable.

The cottage was comfortable but not on a small site as the website leads you to think. New/modern properties mixed with quite tired-looking chalets. Overall a nice location between Mundesley village & the Bacton gas plant. Onsite games facilities might struggle in busy times and some are showing signs of wear & are needing replacing/repairing. EasyRead more walk to the village but I wouldn't fancy doing it at night. The roadway needs repair as we hit a potentially wheel wrecking pot hole! Hide
