What a lovely clean modern well set up holiday retreat. Fantastic comfortable beds with good unity bedding and a TV in the main bedroom. A lot of attention has been paid to quality and detail resulting in a really comfortable holiday home of a high standard. Overstrand is great with the beach and the infamous Cliff Top Cafe where you can have a fanRead moretastic breakfast. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again. Hide

A spotlessly clean well equipped holiday home in a new quiet development close to the beach, shop and pub. A great location close to many days out. A nice garden to relax in - we loved all the butterflies! We will definitely recommend it to friends.

Lovely cottage and immaculately kept with everything you need to make a great holiday. Location nice and peaceful but would recommend phoning and booking a table at the local restaurant or any in nearby Cromer as we found it difficult to get in. Great place to use as a base to investigate further towns like Hunstanton, Sheringham and sae pailling.

A clean and comfortable house in a great quiet location. Small dog safe garden with outdoor tap for sandy paws. The beach, pub and shop are within walking distance, and there are beautiful places to explore in the area.

Wonderful holiday, very comfortable house and felt really at home the moment we'd unpacked. Spotlessly clean, Great secure garden which we unfortunately didn't make the most of due to the weather. The location was perfect and very quiet. One of, if not the, best holiday rentals we've been to.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
