Nobody knows a cottage better than those who have actually stayed in it, which is why we always ask our visitors to give us their opinions and thoughts about their Kett cottage. We hope you find the reviews useful:

NICE MODERN CHALET. A very comfortable stay, a few minutes walk from the centre of Mundesley, a good base for touring the area by car. Nice big telly, dishwasher etc. all good.

Really nice property. We stayed in the house with 6 adults two children and an infant and the house could not have been better proportioned. It was very clean and really well situated, the walk to the beach is lovely and took us about 25 mins with buggies and Nana in tow. You can't really get any closer to the beach as the lands leading up to the beach are your typical Norfolk marsh type lands, but the paths are either wooden boards or good enough to get a city stroller down them. The bedrooms are all a decent size and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen and lounge are perfect, though the internet had a few problems but this was probably caused by the awful weather and heavy usage it received. Overall it looked exactly as the pictures described and the letting agent even notified us that the property had received water damage that turned out to be insignificant and did not effect our stay in any way. Entry was easy and well organised. The only two things I could say to help future residents are (1) be careful of the tiny step going into the utility room from the kitchen I think we all either stubbed our toe are tripped on this and (2) the French windows are tricky to lock/unlock perhaps some WD40 would help. So in short almost perfect.

Thank you again for your help on arrival. Once again we have had an enjoyable holiday and had a pleasant time in your cottage.
Mr and Mrs Carter, Coventry
The only thing I would have liked in the cottage would be some drinking glasses other than the champagne style glasses provided. Other than that the cottage was perfect for our stay and the owners very welcoming.

We had a really enjoyable week. Cromer is a wonderful place to spend a week - the town has everything you need whatever the weather. The walks east along the coast were superb. One of the best golf courses I've ever played. Felbrigg and Blicking are short journeys away, Norwich less than an hour We will definitely return to Cromer.

Wyndswept was perfect for our family holiday – with all the various age groups catered for and the dog!. We all enjoyed the space and facilities provided and found it a perfect t place to relax – despite the indifferent weather – situated near Wells next Sea there was plenty to explore and several really good restaurants. Thank you.

Mr Griffin, Bedfordshire
The cottage was very clean and comfortable - everything you could wish for (except the colder weather which was why we left a bit early). The area was very nice and we saw some great things and birds that are not so familiar to us.Please thank Kerri for her very kind zip out to us last Friday to explain how to use the TV/Sky - we never did find the instructions for this so it was very helpful that she came to sort us out and so quickly too. All in all a good stay in a very different part of UK for us.

We had a very enjoyable stay. I was born in Norwich but was not familiar with that part of Norfolk and loved the beach right outside the door. The house was lovely and I particularly liked the fact that our neighbouring properties weren't as close as some I've seen.
