Customer Feedback Summary
At Kett Country Cottages we take the views of our holidaymakers and owners very seriously. The internet provides customers with a huge amount of information and has made businesses much more accountable. These factors mean that the level of service that we offer has never been more important and to keep track of how we are doing all our holidaymakers are asked to complete a feedback form after their holiday. While we use this feedback internally to help us improve the service we offer we also think that new customers will be interested to know how we fare in the eyes of our existing customers. With this in mind the following charts give a snapshot of the more important factors. In each case we ask holidaymakers to score our performance out of five, and over the years we have had thousands of responses.
Accuracy of Property Details
The first thing that prospective holidaymakers want to know is whether the property details on the Kett Country Cottages website accurately portray each property. The good news is that since the beginning of 2012 on average we have scored 97% for accuracy.
Value For Money
On the basis that people seem to get what they are expecting when they book with us the next critical question is whether it is worth the money that they have paid. Given the highly competitive market place it is unlikely that most holidaymakers will be disappointed and the stats seem to bear this out. However it is worth noting that for the most part people seem to think that the high summer season is less good value than the rest of the year. Overall Kett has scored 98% for value.
Would You Book With Kett Again?
The third major factor that we focus on is whether past customers would be prepared to rent again through Kett Country Cottages. In terms of a simple measure of success we feel that this is most representative of our performance as it takes into account everything from the initial research and booking through to the actual enjoyment of the holiday. Hopefully our customers also consider the additional services that we provide such as the Kett Guide, the Event Diary and any special offers that might have been relevant to their booking. Again we are delighted to say that the feedback has been very positive with another 97% rating.
