A lovely, slightly qwerky cottage, in a peaceful location in the charming village of Overstrand. The enclosed rear garden is simply delightful. The dining room and lounge are very spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped. An ideal accommodation for up to three couples, or a family with older children, but probably not suitable for young chilRead moredren/toddlers. Two of the three bedrooms have Easterly facing windows, as only vertical blinds are fitted, light sleepers should take eye masks. Hide

Archway Cottage is a comfy, cosy, home from home holiday cottage. Very well maintained and everything you need and more. Lovely sun trap of a garden. We had a lovely stay here. What a find in this quaint village, the cottage was very well cleaned and equipped. There were 4 of us and it would be no problem with 6 people. Lovely spacious cottage with easy access to all that Norfolk has to offer. Access to the beach is just a walk away however it is a very steep hill. We have stayed several times and have always found it enjoyable.

Archway Cottage is clean, and very well equipped which made for a comfortable stay. I would however take note of the very steep path down to the beach other people have mentioned about. The garden is safe and a bonus for little children to play. It was a very quite road and we had good nights sleep.

A comfortable, quirky, well equipped and clean cottage with a welcoming atmosphere. (Some parts have low headroom.)The gardens are enclosed and great for a bar-b-cue or socialising outside. The local shop is well stocked and there is good food in the local pub. The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk down a path which is fairly steep but very gooRead mored underfoot, and you can walk to Cromer easily. Cromer is also close enough for food shopping etc. We would happily stay here again. Hide

Archway Cottage is charming and comfortable ! It was clean easy to keep tidy. The garden was beautifully maintained. The only thing I can say is the bins need going under cover somehow as they were covered in bird droppings and very unpleasant to have to use for general and recycling purposes.

We love Archway Cottage. It is a well situated property that is central to all the areas the we enjoy visiting. The cottage is clean, well equipped, comfortable and very homely. The walk to the beach wont suit everyone due to the steepness of the path but it didnt affect us. We are already looking at booking again next year.
