This fabulous holiday home by the coast offers a family or group of friends the perfect place to come together and create memories complete with a snooker room and is under 0.25 miles of the beach.

In the charming village of Heacham, this stunning family home is a fantastic venue for memorable holidays and special celebrations. Boasting a snooker room, separate games room, built-in entertainment systems and an enclosed garden with a BBQ area, this is a fully-fitted party house. If you can drag yourselves away, explore the Royal Norfolk and North Norfolk coastlines, from the local beach just 0.25 miles away to the nature reserves of Brancaster (11 miles).

Cook and dine in the fantastic kitchen area, which with its double electric oven, two dishwashers, two wine coolers, breakfast island to seat eight and built-in Bluetooth ceiling speakers, was built for entertaining. The open-plan lounge/diner is a restful space with a table to seat eight at one end and a cosy seating area at the other – perfect for relaxing beside the roaring wood burner in the evenings. Or, if you have the energy, head for the snooker room with its own bar or the games room in the garage to make use of the pool table or dartboard. Arranged over the ground and first floors, the four bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms have been finished in serene neutral hues. Outside, a decked BBQ area leads to a large, enclosed lawn – the perfect place to relax with children and dogs.

Set out on foot to explore the village of Heacham, home to two pubs, a host of takeaways, a bakery, a handy shop and a vast beach. Just 3 miles away, the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is a popular destination among holidaymakers, famed for its promenade, gardens, Princess Theatre and Sea Life Centre. For family days out, enjoy animal feeding and pony riding at Snettisham Park (3.5 miles) or for nature or sailing head to nearby Brancaster. Meanwhile, the Queen’s home of Sandringham House and Gardens (8 miles) welcomes walkers, cyclists and four-legged friends.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely house in great location! House has all the bells and whistles- if you are a gadget, games and tech lover this is the perfect holiday house for you! Bedrooms comfy, kitchen is a wow!! We had a lovely stay, excellent location with only a short walk to a lovely quiet dog friendly beach. Good amenities in the village including a fish & chip shop, bakery, Tesco express, traditional store plus a pub serving food round the corner (although we didnt try it out). We loved this house. It had everything we needed. We were 6 adults and 1 dog and had loads of space. It is in a very quiet residential area. We stayed in Sept and weather was great but equally this house would be lovely in winter as lots to do in it and within walking distance of pubs. Excellent accomodation - well equipped with everything you need for a happy holiday. Well located being so close to a beach. The house is very spacious - we were a party of 8 with 2 dogs and we had loads of room. The garden is very secure so dogs can roam. Would definitely consider rebooking for next year!

Our family of seven arrived in Belmont House for a weeks holiday in Heacham. There are not enough superlatives to describe what a wonderful holiday we had! The house is a beautiful Victorian double fronted villa. It has high ceilings original features and a a grandeur that makes it feel like you're in a posh hotel, yet homely at the same time. Our family have just spent a lovely week at Belmont House. The house is spacious and easily accommodated eight adults. The scale and layout of the building allowed us to all eat together, to watch TV together and relax together in the sunshine. The balance of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space is great, with the added extra benefits of the snug, Read moresnooker room and games room. This fabulous house is located only minutes from several beaches. It is really spacious and well equipped for a large family group. There was lots to do with the snooker table, great garden, board games, games room and TVs everywhere! It is really well appointed with all mod cons and a superb kitchen which we hardly left! Lovely house - very easy walking distance to a number of pubs, cafe for breakfast and the beach. Very dog friendly - loved the pots of treats, water bowl and dog throws for the sofas.

This holiday home is above normal standards, all the bedrooms are of good size, with excellent bathrooms. Wonderful kitchen big enough for everyone to have breakfast. Large dining room table suitable for 8 people. Snooker table, billiard table, darts board and a games room for those rainy days. Excellent value for money
