Location quite good but the property is let down by a lack of cleanliness. Could be really nice if some attention to detail made.

The cottage is in a great location for all the amenities Wells has to offer. All within walking distance. Car parking is across the road - 28 for the week-pay at the machine. Lovely views and sun sets from the garden.

What a lovely cottage! Situated close enough to the amenities, perhaps too close to the ice cream shops - bang goes my diet We had never been to Wells before, but we will definitely return.

The cottage is in a great location, a short walk to the town. We walked from the cottage to the beach every day. There is a car park just across the road with several electric vehicle charging points. The cottage is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. It is tastefully decorated and perfect for a family holiday with dogs.

Central location and because we went at an out of season time of year it was very peaceful which we loved. However, many places take a holiday in North Norfolk from 6 Jan until early Feb so many tourist shops and restaurants are closed at this time.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).
