We spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year at this fabulous cottage. Our hosts were amazing, they left us a generous welcome pack including home made soup and other goodies plus an assortment of Christmas food including treats for the dog. They decorated the cottage beautifully for us with a tree and other tasteful decorations in keeping with theRead more cottage. The cottage was immaculately clean and the best equipped cottage I have ever stayed in, more like a family home than a holiday let. Hide

An excellent cottage in a quiet village. The living room and kitchen are a good size. The kitchen is well-equipped including plenty of sturdy pans and sharp knives. The living room is very cosy, there is a separate TV room. The bedrooms are small, enough room to get out of bed and dress, not much more but plenty of cupboard/drawer space. The bathroRead moreom is a decent size and the shower is quite big and powerful. Best of all is the secluded garden. Impeccably clean. We would return here. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
