Usher your friends or family into this gorgeous property, with its vaulted ceilings and well-designed living spaces. Head into the kitchen to prepare delicious dinners with the fresh seafood, samphire and locally grown Norfolk vegetables you have bought. Serve up in the impressive dining room, which is perfect for celebratory meals and jolly holiday get-togethers. Wander through to the lounge afterwards to stoke up the wood burner, pour yourself a drink at the bar and settle down in front of the Smart TV. At the end of each exhilarating day, run yourself a bubble bath in the bathroom, then head off to one of the two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite wet room, or the bunk bedroom which can accommodate adults. Step out into the garden whenever the sun shines to enjoy your coffee in the warmth or perhaps even light the BBQ.

Plan a day out to the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, about 5 miles away, where you can visit the 17th-century house and stroll in the parkland grounds. Spend time at Blickling Hall too, 12 miles away, with its imposing Jacobean mansion and 4,600 acres of historic grounds. Or, take the children to Amazona Zoo, 4.5 miles away.

Excellent accommodation, with a real home from home feel. Very well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Well located on the North Norfolk, but far enough from over populated towns, giving a quiet, secluded feel. Beautiful secure garden, and with excellent weather, we spent a lot of time there. Definitely will go again

A comfortable, well laid out cottage, welcoming to both us and our 4-legged friends. The enclosed Garden was good for the dogs and meant we had no concerns given the close proximity of the coast road. The homely feel of the lounge area and well equipped kitchen were very pleasing to see all capped off by the wonderful hospitality on approval from oRead moreur hostess. We would not hesitate to recommend the Stock Barn and will look to return in the future. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
