Nobody knows a cottage better than those who have actually stayed in it, which is why we always ask our visitors to give us their opinions and thoughts about their Kett cottage. We hope you find the reviews useful:

The booking process was very smooth we would book with you again. The location of the barn was great rural but only 30 mins away from coast etc. Brilliant.
Mr & Mrs Brooks, Suffolk
Will definitely be back …the cottages are fabulous.
Ms Emery, Derbyshire
The cottage was great and there was an excellent welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, flowers and biscuits. The owner, Gaynor, could not have been nicer and was very accommodating. The cottage was immaculate. We will probably be returning in the future and would certainly stay at Orchard Cottage.
Mr & Mrs Veale, North Yorkshire
Coast Bungalow was absolutely beautiful and our family had an amazing time. We are looking to book the bungalow again for next year already and we only got back today!
Poynter Family, Suffolk
We had a lovely time at River Cottage, and enjoyed the garden very much. We always love Norfolk and this year visited Houghton Hall twice for the Richard Long exhibition and the local artists in the stables.
Mrs Grubb, Hertfordshire

We will definitely be back to the cottage next July. Was perfect for us and the dog - right near the coast with ease of accessibility for us both.

Old Hall Cottage
Loved our stay in Old Hall Cottage, Sustead. The cottage was full of character whilst having everything you needed, including washing machine, dishwasher and wifi. This was our first holiday with our 7 month puppy so the enclosed garden was a big plus, as was the location. The Weavers Way passes through Sustead, providing great walking. Cromer and Sheringham are nearby with all their attractions. We walked from Weybourne, through Sheringham Park and into the town and travelled back by steam train on the North Norfolk Railway. The whole area is very dog-friendly. We loved Mundesley beach and The Ship Inn, The Wheatsheaf at West Beckham and The Red Lion at Cromer. Would definitely recommend a stay at Old Hall Cottage.
Mrs Cobb, Newark
Some larger drinking glasses could be supplied. Every thing else was fabulous and The Greens is one of the better cottages we have stayed in, this being the fourth Norfolk cottage in 5 years from 3 different companies. Thanks for making things simple, every time I contacted you, it was no problem and a happy swift response, I will definitely use you next year.
Mr & Mrs Palmer, Middlesborough
The games room was superb and the pool fantastic. My two grandchildren were in the water every afternoon. We saw rabbits, a hare, had resident horses all immediately close to the barn. We played cricket on the field which would have been even better had the grass been cut. All in all it was a brilliant week 10/10.
